What if my items are accidentally damaged during the move?
Clients should ensure that their insurance policy covers the transportation of their belongings.

 

What precautions do you take to prevent damage to items in the truck?
Our furniture removal trucks are fully equipped with blankets, ropes, and trolleys to secure your items and prevent damage during transit.

 

How does the payment process work?

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your quotation and secure your moving date.
  • Balance: The remaining 50% is due before off-loading. Payments can be made in cash or via EFT (please provide proof of payment for EFT transactions).

What should I know if I need to cancel my move?

  • For moves scheduled between the 20th and the 4th of any month, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
  • For moves booked between the 5th and the 19th, cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours prior.
    Cancellations made with less notice than specified will result in forfeiting the deposit.
